“We” and “us” means Mercana Furniture and Décor Ltd.
“You” means the person placing an order.
“The contract is agreed” – by completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase products which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.
By using the website to consume content or buy products online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and are consenting to these terms and conditions.

Ordering
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent until we have authorization from your payment card issuer or if you are a terms customer valid credit limit. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not ship your order if payment is not authorized.
Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed, as described below.
After you have placed your order:
You will receive an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered. We do not have to accept your order, and for example, we will not accept your order if:
- We do not have the products in stock
- Your payment is not authorized
- There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products
- You have canceled your order
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Product Claims
If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact your account manager and please review the claims portal within your accounts specified claim policy window. Claims made after your policy window may be denied.
Pricing and payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in U.S. dollars for US address customers and Canadian dollars for Canadian address customers. All International orders are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Packing and delivery costs, will be added to the total price of your purchase.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.
If you have credit terms with Mercana your payment will be taken at the time of shipment from your existing credit limit. If you are over your credit limit, your accounts payable department may be contacted to release payment in order to expedite your shipment. If you are paying by credit card, your credit card information is taken, but is not processed until the time the product ships. We only charge for product that ships; not the entire amount. If you have agreed to partial shipments, your account or your credit card may be charged several times to complete an order. By submitting an online order with Mercana Furniture and Décor Ltd. Through our marketplace.mercana.com website, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with Mercana Furniture and Décor Ltd. will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, you agree to contact Mercana Furniture and Décor Ltd. directly to resolve the issue.
Shipping and Delivery information
Estimated shipping time to the East Coast is between 7-12 business days. Central and West Coast Customers will see faster transit times. Weather delays are unpredicatable and may occassionally add extra time to shipments. Orders will ship by approved carriers of our choosing unless otherwise directed or discussed with your account representative. (Additional charges may apply for carriers of your choosing).

We email you as soon as your order has been shipped. Your invoice notification will contain shipping method and tracking info if available at that time.
Price Changes
Occasionally, products we sell will increase or decrease based on market activity and world events. Tarrifs and wild fluctations in material costs or currency are a part of our global economy. If this happens, we do our best to notify customers via marketing and on our website of any pending changes. Please note, we honour pricing on confirmed sales/purchase orders. If you have product in your cart, in your portfolio or on a sales quote, we reserve the right to change pricing at anytime without notification.

If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions for buying products online on the website. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Canada and the province of British Columbia and you and we agree to use British Columbia courts should any dispute arise.
